I'm new, how do I get started?

Download the game, read the game guide, and join our Discord community.

Help! I've gotten stuck or am out of bounds. What do I do?

Type /stuck or /spawn in chat to reposition yourself.

I can't find the items and blueprints I need.

Talk to every NPC and complete all of the quests they provide. Many of the starting quests will give you everything you need to progress quickly through the game.

I encountered a bug, what do I do?

Document the bug with videos & screenshots. See if anyone in our Discord community is having the same problem. Create a post in the support section on Discord.

My game keeps crashing, what do I do?

Gather the crash logs from your PC in the "Crashes" folder, found at:
"%localappdata%\Temp\MyMetaverse\Metacitizen\Crashes".

Post the information in the support section on Discord.

I'm having trouble building in my real estate plot

Document the bug with videos & screenshots. See if anyone in our Discord community is having the same problem. Create a post in the support section on Discord. Make sure to attach your In-Game name, the #ID of the affected property, the region and location of the real estate plot.
